Poolwerx seasonal inspections of our pool is amazing. We spent so much money and time trying to have the pool look good before we started with Poolwerx and now we wouldn't be without them. Even when our pump failed they quickly arranged a replacement and organised the paperwork needed by our insurance company. They are professional and reliable which is such an asset for any company. We had alot of issues with our pool when we first bought our property and Rod and his team helped get our pool back to a clean, healthy state so we could swim. This was during summer so it was a busy period for them but they still managed everything they possibly could for us to be able to use our pool. Not long after this, our pool pump system expired and again Rod and his team were onto it straight away as soon as we called. They gave us all the options and were with us throughout the whole process again. I couldn't speak highly enough of Poolwerx. At the end of the drought our pool was a mess with sediment buildup and algae. They fixed the pool so quickly to sparkling clean, and came back more than originally quoted to ensure the job was completed properly. We were so impressed we took them up on the monthly servicing. I couldn't believe how they can keep the pool so sparkling clean for a month over summer, when we struggled year after year every week juggling chemicals just to make it look ok-ish. They intentionally turned up the week before Xmas to complete the monthly servicing (instead of their programmed time which would have been after Xmas) thinking we would want to use the pool during Xmas. The staff are very professional, on time and I cannot speak highly enough of Poolwerx Bathurst
