Andrew spent 17 years as an independent business owner before joining Poolwerx, giving him firsthand experience of the challenges and rewards of going out on your own versus partnering with a franchise. He has 15 years working with Poolwerx across business and franchise development, helping entrepreneurs find the right pathway to success. (Fun Fact: Andrew’s son is a Poolwerx Franchise Partner.)

Steve brings 25 years of franchising experience, both as a franchise owner and in senior roles with well-known franchise brands. For the past 12+ years, Steve has been part of the Poolwerx senior leadership team, bringing deep operational and franchising expertise to the business.

Mike has 22 years with Poolwerx — 11 as a Franchise Partner and Master Franchisee, and 11 helping bring new Franchise Partners into the network. His focus is on finding the right fit, both for the individual and for Poolwerx.
