Great experience. Second visit, first visit I arrived at 7:45 and thought they were open (they were just setting the servicing guys up) but instead of telling me to wait until they open, Scott helped me with no questions asked - sorry I didn’t know 8am was opening. Second visit I came to pickup some seals they arrived In only a couple of days. The pool techs even remembered me and asked how I went with my endeavours. It’s clear they’re a great team with a focus on great customer service. This is why I will continue to use this shop and recommend, even when there are 3 shops local to where I live, this one is half an hour away. Just goes to show, treat people right and they will come back and become advocates. Thanks Scott, Kerri and team.

I phoned to ask a question and my call was answered by Maddie, who was extremely helpful in guiding me as to which products to use for a hotel spa. Her customer service was exceptional!

Dealt with 3 staff on different occasions and all have been fantastic. I now drive past 2 pool shops to come to this one. Great knowledge and very friendly. As a new pool owner I'm very glad to have found them.
