Could not recommend enough. We were first served by a nice gentleman who then handed us over to the owners lovely wife when we had more complex questions. I wish I had gotten her name, but she spent probably over half an hour giving us undivided attention, explaining everything thoroughly to my husband & I who are complete pool novices. We left feeling confident with our multi step plan of action with detailed instructions (again, total pool novices, faking it till we make it) & our pool is beautiful again the next day!! Our local pool shop just shoves a piece of paper at us & grunts. We will be making the trip out to Poolwerx Beenleigh from now on! Also, nothing felt like a sales grab. It all felt like genuine advice and wanting actually ‘help’ us. I really liked that the lady enjoyed the challenge & wanted the same result as much as we did! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

The team at Poolwerx Mt Warren Park have helped us keep our pool in top condition. Even the recent rains combined with a faulty pump and subsequent green pool were quickly attended to and the advice given to us about necessary chemicals and steps to follow were spot on. We also purchased a new, high-quality pool cover and owners, Adrian and Kim, honoured the quote despite a former employee messing up the initial order. It is a perfect fit on our pool and looks great. We are very grateful to the entire team at this business and would wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Cannot recommend this business highly enough. After numerous problems with my pool, including being taken advantage of and sold the wrong products, Adrian stepped in. Within days my pool was restored to a beautiful state and has stayed that way with no effort. He was quick to order equipment, install it and come back to check it. Super friendly and caring. Great price too!
