1. Promoter
The promoter is Poolwerx Kingsley (ABN 88613613133 ), located at Shop 2a, Kingsley City Shopping Centre, 100 Kingsley Drive, Kingsley WA 6026.2. Promotional Period
a. Christmas Cracker Offer: Valid from 5–15 December 2025 only.
b. Prize Draw Entry Period: Valid from 5–19 December 2025, with entries closing at 12:00pm (local time) on 19 December 2025.3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18+ who make an eligible purchase in-store at participating Poolwerx Bunbury. Employees of Poolwerx or its franchise partners and their immediate families are not eligible.4. How to Enter
a. Customers will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw for every $100 or more spent in a single transaction between 5–19 December 2025.
b. Customers who purchase the Christmas Cracker product (Dolphin Liberty 200) between 5–15 December 2025 receive one (1) additional bonus entry, giving them a second chance to win.
c. Entries are automatic at point of purchase. No additional action is required.5. Prizes

6. “Win Back the Cost” Bonus Chance
Customers who purchase the Christmas Cracker deal (Dolphin Liberty 200) during the offer period (5–15 December 2025) will be entered into a secondary draw to win back the amount paid for their robot. The winner will receive reimbursement equal to the purchase price shown on their receipt.7. Draw Details
The draw will take place at 2:00pm on 19 December 2025 at the participating Poolwerx store.
Winners will be contacted by phone and email on 19 or 20 December 2025.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, the prize may be re-drawn.
Prize ConditionsPrizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
No cash alternative is available except where required by law.
