What fantastic service and care. Very knowledgeable- nothing is too much trouble - well I came in to get water tested today and the in store experience is just as outstanding. So helpful and experienced. And another visit and now I have updated my Salt Pool to a Dead Sea Mineral Pool for around $200 and it is so so good. Feels lovely. PH is managed better. All due to the knowledgeable experience at Poolwerx Kalamunda. Thank you again.

We had Chris from Poolwerx come by to clean our pool and it was a very unique experience. Not only was Chris very knowledgeable and skillful, Chris took time to educate us about how to maintain our pool. The information was very useful, I must say:) I had a few questions, and the business owner, Siobhone, was extremely patient & professional. Very seldom do you come across a business who genuinely cares about what their customers experience. I would certainly highly recommend Poolwerx Kalamunda to family and friends. Thank you guys!

Operations Manager

Hi, I’m Jessica – Operations Manager here at Poolwerx. I’ve been part of the team for over five years, starting as a part-time retail assistant and working my way up through retail management to now supporting both our service and retail teams across the business. I’m deeply committed to delivering strong outcomes for our clients and making sure every part of the operation runs smoothly. With a solid technical knowledge base and a passion for team leadership, I focus on supporting our people so they can do their best work. Outside of work, I’m also a proud mum to Alexander, who’s being raised right in the thick of the family business.

Hi, I am Lynette and I started working for Poolwerx as a clerk in May 2022 and who knew that there is so much to learn about owning a pool. It is mind boggling! Before moving into Stoneville nearly 16 years ago we lived on the flats. My work history has been in large Real Estate companies and the building industry so it is really nice to work close to home and in a family business that is progressive, dynamic and interesting. There is a great team comradery between both the Kalamunda and Mundaring Stores and the technicians in the Vans. My interests outside of work are my family and friends, I dabble in photography and have been a fire fighter for the Stoneville VBFB for about 14 years. The best part of working with Poolwerx Kalamunda/Mundaring there is no office politics, everyone is treated with respect and understanding and I very much like what I do.

Hi, I am Libby and I have been working for Poolwerx Kalamunda/Mundaring officially since September 2020 - unofficially as a family business, plus a few more years! I started off working casually while I was at school, and I have been trained up over the years and I'm now the Retail Manager of our Mundaring Store. I grew up in and around the hills, moved away shortly and have now returned back to the trees. Outside of work I am also completing my Cert IV in Business. I also enjoy playing my Switch and looking after my plants (I have a lot!!) The best part of my job is educating and helping our clients to get them the best outcome and enjoying their pool during the summer months!

I lived in the Perth Hills since I was born until we recently moved down the hill end of last year. Outside of work and Uni, I love all things basketball, whether it’s coaching, playing, or watching! Working at Poolwerx Kalamunda/Mundaring I love how we all get along so well and feel like a family! Soibhone and Alessandro take us all in under their wings. Hi, I am Ellen and I have been working for Poolwerx Kalamunda/Mundaring for a year in April - the time has flown! I am a casual retail assistant, and you will see me in either the Mundaring or Kalamunda shop when I am not at Uni (my first year at UWA) or studying. I grew up in and around the hills, but have recently moved down the hill, and I miss the bush, but most importantly my old pool! I love coaching basketball and have been coaching the local Mundaring teams for the last two years. When I am not at Uni, studying, working, or coaching, I enjoy cooking (I like to be busy). The best part of working at Poolwerx Kalamunda/Mundaring is the fact that everyone is so close, and there is always someone to help you when you need it. Outside of Poolwerx I am a Full Time University student studying Nursing, and in winter I also play netball.
