Hi! We’re Zain and Shamaila Abdeen, and we’re pleased to let you know that we have joined the Poolwerx family as the new owner of Poolwerx Hillarys and Joondalup.
We'd like to sincerely thank Irene, Ian and their team for their dedicated service in caring for your pool and spa needs. They have built a strong foundation of trust and excellent customer care, and we'll be working closely with them to ensure a seamless transition for you. We changed to these guys about 6 months ago after having so much trouble with our other servicer.. pool has been sparkling since! Any maintenance issues they are straight onto it! Like today reported pump totally died again & it was fixed by the time I got home! Fantastic service! Callum often txts me back after hours & is great with customer service. I’ve owned pools for 20 years & used many companies. I’m in a rental now but as a tenant they still communicate great and keep me in the loop. They are also well priced. These guys are the best so far. You guys deserved my time to jump on and give a great review. Well done team! 😊 thank you!

A really pleasant experience from start to finish when our pool chlorinator needed replacing. From the first phone conversation with Jane to her arranging for Ian to come out and establish exactly what was required and then finally installing the new unit, nothing was ever too much trouble. Ian and his staff are a real can-do team and therefore highly recommended.

I love the team at Poolwerx Hillarys. We are relatively new to owning a pool and the staff give great advice as to how to keep our water sparkling. From chemicals to pumps they have been great with service , advice and prices. I look forward to my weekly chats with Andrea while she tests our pool water. :-)
