1. Promoter
The promoter is Poolwerx Duncraig (ABN 57621406906), located at Shop 2, Duncraig by Hawaiian, 50 Marri Rd, Duncraig WA 6023.2. Promotional Period
a. Christmas Cracker Offer: Valid from 5–15 December 2025 only.
b. Prize Draw Entry Period: Valid from 5–19 December 2025, with entries closing at 12:00pm (local time) on 19 December 2025.3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18+ who make an eligible purchase in-store at Poolwerx Duncraig. Employees of Poolwerx or its franchise partners and their immediate families are not eligible.4. How to Enter
a. Customers will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw for every $50 or more spent in a single transaction between 5–19 December 2025.
b. Customers who purchase the Christmas Cracker product (Dolphin Liberty 200) between 5–15 December 2025 receive one (1) additional bonus entry, giving them a second chance to win.
c. Entries are automatic at point of purchase. No additional action is required.5. Prizes
There are four prizes available:
Major Prize: 1 x BWT ES Echo Cordless Pool Cleaner.
Runner-Up Prizes (3): 3 x Free Pool Service vouchers (one per winner).
Total prize pool value may vary by store.
6. “Win Back the Cost” Bonus Chance
Customers who purchase the Christmas Cracker deal (Dolphin Liberty 200) during the offer period (5–15 December 2025) will be entered into a secondary draw to win back the amount paid for their robot. The winner will receive reimbursement equal to the purchase price shown on their receipt.7. Draw Details
The draw will take place at 2:00pm on 19 December 2025 at the participating Poolwerx store.
Winners will be contacted by phone and email on 19 or 20 December 2025.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, the prize may be re-drawn.8. Prize Conditions
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
No cash alternative is available except where required by law.
Free Pool Service prizes may be subject to local service coverage and booking availability.
9. Christmas Cracker Offer Conditions
The Dolphin Liberty 200 promotional price is valid 5–15 December 2025 only, while stocks last.
Includes 1-year bonus extended warranty (total 3 years). Extended warranty excludes the battery.10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Poolwerx is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical issues affecting entry.
Poolwerx accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from prize winnings.11. Privacy
