I contacted Matt and Melinda after my pool build, after speaking to many different providers. They were incredible at fitting me in their schedule, and have always gone above and beyond. Stefan now maintains my pool and I cannot be any happier. He took a long time to ensure that I am familiar with the equipment (deck jets, spa jets, heating etc) and offered guidance with how to navigate around my multi-pump units. Everyone here has been incredibly kind and have taught me so much. Not only has my pool been crystal clear, I'm now also much more confident dealing with the equipment. Having purchased a home with a 40+ year old vinyl pool as first time pool owners and absolutely no idea where to begin, we were delighted to have gone to Poolwerx Mill Park. Mat and Mel have been an amazing help to us since we got our pool. Not knowing anything about pools they were always just a phone call away, even just to answer a question or get some advice which gave us real piece of mind.
