Small store, but have great staff that don't push you to buy unnecessary things. Pricing is very competitive with other shops and even most online sellers. Update - watched the team here serve some new pool owners the other day. Could have easily sold them a whole bunch of extra things, but told them they weren't really necessary yet and to see how they went instead. Love a store that uses honesty to retain customers.

Just moved from Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast so thought I would leave a little review. I’ve been dealing with John & Kelvin since I had my pool constructed 5 years ago. Ever reliable and knowledgeable they have been fantastic to deal with. They will only sell you what you really need and operate with the upmost honesty and integrity. John has also come to our property to resolve various maintenance issues including but not limited to, filter replacement, pump replacement, light replacement and in floor cleaning system repair. Everything was resolved smoothly and efficiently. I don’t give reviews often but felt compelled to do this one, I just hope I can find a pool shop half as good up here. Thanks to you both gents, I’ll miss you.

Really good shop for ur pool needs

Kelvin and John are fantastic people to deal with. They tell you exactly what you need to enjoy your pool properly WITHOUT forcing product after product down your throat compared to other pool shops I first visited. Just an honest business that I’d much prefer to spend my money at!
