Foolishly let my pool go over winter so got my water tested and a great set of written instructions from Poolwerx Morphett Vale. I already had most of the chemicals and purchased the rest of what I needed, no pushy selling which was great!! Got my water tested again today 2 weeks later and we are back on track to just having to do routine maintenance. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Saved my pool from disaster and will be ready for summer now. Well deserved 5 stars!

I utilise poolwerx for free pool water testing, purchasing of chemicals and general pool advice. On the above basis, I highly recommend this location of poolwerx. They are all extremely helpful, will take the time to diagnose issues with you and suggest fixes. As a new pool owner, we were having persisting issues we had been trying to diagnose (unsuccessfully) with a competitor. After months of dissatisfaction we decided to seek a 2nd opinion in poolwerx at Morphett Vale, and on their advice within 48 hours our pool was already markedly improved and within 1 week it was perfect. We've been seeing the team now for probably 6+ months and our pool has been ticking along beautifully. I really value their honest opinions on products, especially from the woman who's there (usually M-F) and has glasses, she's the best. Sure the chemicals are more pricey then elsewhere but in our experience it's 100% worth paying a little more for a quality product.
