Loved the advice I was given, everything was explained and they knew what they were talking about. I was an experienced pool owner as I have had one for quite a number of years but I still didn’t know a lot, which I learned from these beautiful staff of this amazing place. I love the vibe of this shop and also the people who work so hard and consistently to ensure that my pool remains as clear as crystals. I went there a few months back, it was a learning curve for me. I learned that no matter how much you know your pool, it’s not going to work to the best it can without these people. This Poolwerx is genuinely one of the best places (or arguably THE best) to go for all your pool needs or wants. Extraordinary service and amazing people. How can I tell you may ask? Well, I haven’t needed to change my water for months! It hasn’t turned green since I was at the other pool shop which screwed me around so bad that I had green pools weekly and had to change the water constantly. Thanks Poolwerx for your help and I would definitely recommend this place for every pool owner!

This place was absolutely amazing! The staff genuinely cares for customers and they are very explanatory about things which makes it easier to understand. I have had a pool for 12 years and I haven’t got this type of customer service from anywhere else. Greatly recommend.
