Having purchased a home with a 40+ year old vinyl pool as first time pool owners and absolutely no idea where to begin, we were delighted to have gone to Poolwerx Mill Park. Matt, Melinda and the team are such a friendly, welcoming bunch and have been so wonderful in assisting us on our pool owner journey. Matt went over and above to make managing our pool an absolute breeze and installation of new equipment was done within a week of first consultation. Matt’s words of “set and forget” have been used many times and we can’t believe how easy it is to have a crystal clear pool with very little effort. We look forward to seeing the team when we check our water as we always feel welcomed and guided with honesty of what to do when needed ❤️ thanks guys!

Edit: After receiving communication from Matt, the director, I have edited my review. Matt's communication explained the circumstances around issues with peak periods and short staff, impacting their usual levels of customer service. Had a similar level of communication been provided initially, it's likely I wouldn't have submitted my initial 1 star review. Upgraded to 4 stars due to the prompt and detailed communication from Matt, the company director. Would give them a negative rating if i could! Incredibly poor customer service. Indicated they would organise an onsite handover service. When I hadn't heard back after 5 days, I rang to confirm a date (even if in a few weeks). Melinda who I had originally been speaking with did not even have the courtesy to ring me back, another staff member rang to say, no we won't be organising someone to come out to perform the handover service. So essentially you don't want my money????? Thanks for wasting 5 days of my time. You could have just said this when I initially rang and I would have gone else where straight away.

We just recently moved home and took on a green pool. We are also first time pool owners, which felt intimidating at first. Matt and Mel moved heaven and earth to ensure we could use our pool by move in date. They performed a thorough clean and installed all new equipment. All the way through, their communication and support has been nothing short of outstanding. Matt, Mel, and their team have made our pool dreams come true. They have won us over as longterm regular customers now. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Truly a lovely team who care about their customers and provide a platinum service. Highly recommended!!

Mat and Mel have been an amazing help to us since we got our pool. Not knowing anything about pools they were always just a phone call away, even just to answer a question or get some advice which gave us real piece of mind. Mat serviced our pool every 6 months and kept things running smoothly. We cannot recommend Mat and Mel highly enough.

What a joy it is to find a pool shop that is bright and clean and staffed with incredibly happy people. I stumbled across Mill Park Poolwerx in the hope of getting a random bolt for my pool pump. They had it!! I then proceeded to buy the Freerider FR2000 IQ Cordless Robotic Cleaner. What an amazing pool cleaner. It’s light, smart, fast and is obsessively fastidious. You (the reading public) should get one. Thank you Melinda for making Odin’s and my day and for all around easing my life in the battle to keep the gum tree leaves out of my pool.
