We have had a few issues with different pool parts over the past few months and the Poolwerx team have been so helpful in getting our pool sorted. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to chat about possible issues and solutions. They also turn up on time which is always a big plus! Our pool is the best it has been in a long time.

We utilize the water testing every weekend and take care of the pool maintenance ourselves unless we're away on holidays the PW team takes care of our pool.

Went into the new store today to enquire about a new chlorinator as my 12 year old one had finally kicked the bucket.
Sslesman explained features of all products and when I mentioned that the pool doesn’t get used a lot now as kids have grown up he didn’t try to push the expensive products with all the bells and whistles.
He recommended a larger model so it wouldn’t have to work as hard and would suit my application.
Was very helpful and not pushy.
Would highly recommend this store.
