Owner has tried to resolve this dispute, i'm happy that he's is trying to improve the service and win back the customers, even though we didn't get to chat face to face, but i'm happy he's tried to serve his customers. I've updated the review to 4 stars

Called up requesting to see if they can change my pool filter media, instead of evaluating the condition of my filter they straight up want me to buy a brand new filter. Even after i told them my filter is in very good condition even after 10 years and only need a media change. They refuse to even offer me an option and just want to force me to buy a new filter.
End up changing the filter media myself, took me a lot longer but at least i didn’t waste a perfectly good filter.
You need to treat your customers with honesty. You’ve lost my business.
