The staff are fantastic very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to the pool cleaning Robots . I was extremely happy with the service , especially after we bought our Robot but it was a dud. Didn’t work . Their quick response and plan of action to get us a brand new one without hesitation was fantastic. Also to add a few freebies to help with the inconvenience was extremely nice of them. We will definitely keep going here for our future Pool needs . Very happy 😃

Great friendly service from the beginning. I had visit the local store and was provided a list that was explained well of what was required of my pool chems. We arranged regular servicing and very impressed with our first service. The team communicates well and ensures you understand the process of your pool. Poolwerx Jimboomba provided a new chlorinator for our pool after an unfortunate mishap occurred to the previous one. The install was a breeze and looks loads better than the original. They were great at organising a service to get everything working like normal again. The follow up service from Rubin was fantastic. He was a pleasure to deal with and even helped me connect my phone to the new system. Rubin ran me through its operation and took the time to answer my questions.
