Leilani has been a great help with getting my pool in order since I started going here. She always knows how to find a solution to my problems, whether it's with the chemicals or my pool equipment. The last few months have seen my pool in the best shape it's ever been in! She's helped me winterise it now, but you can be sure I'll be dropping in over winter to make sure I don't have to deal with a green pool when spring comes back around

We have a 90,000 litre inground pool that was in a disgusting state (for various reasons). We emptied it, pressure washed it, and refilled it. Then to Poolwerx in Lilydale to start getting it ready to swim in. Staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Over about 3 weeks, with very regular visits for water testing and advice, our pool is crystal clear and has not looked this great in years. Moving forward, regular water tests and the right advice regarding chemicals and quantities from Poolwerx will keep our pool looking amazing. We can't recommend Poolwerx Lilydale highly enough.
