I had the pleasure of meeting Zac from Poolwerx Burpengary. Zac replaced the salt chlorinator and went above and beyond in explaining how the new unit was designed and how it operates. These guys are absolutely phenomenal! Poolwerx Burpengary provide an excellent level of customer service, from the admin staff all the way to Trev, our pool guy. I was in a bind, my normal pool place could /would not help me. One call to the team at Poolworx Burpengary ,they had it sorted. They serviced my pool whilst my house was for sale, they did an amazing job , many comments on how inviting the pool looked during the open homes. I am sad that I have left the area as I would have had them service my next pool.
