Poolwerx mobile servicing is a great service provided by competent staff. The notification process is on point where you get a text the day before as a reminder of visit. They look after the area in a respectful manner taking any rubbish with them. They are not out to rip customers off with inflated product prices.

Just started looking after our pool. The team at the Buderim store have been exception. Great knowledge and advice. Recently had to replace the 20 year old sand filter. Technician came out a week prior and gave me info. And filter opinions. Technicians had the new filter installed and the old one taken away within a week. Excellent customer service.

I called Dwayne in the office, left a message, and he phoned back straight away. He had us scheduled in to fix the issue a couple of days later, with the part on-hand. Ian came out promptly on the expected morning, replaced the component with no issues, explaining how the old part failed. Both Ian and Dwayne were very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend them anytime.
