TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter is Poolwerx Blacktown trading as Poolwerx Seven Hills, Unit 6, 133 Station Rd, Seven Hills NSW 2147.
2. Promotional Period
The promotion runs from 20 December 2025 to 31 January 2026.
Entries close at 5:00pm AEDT on 31 January 2026.
3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Poolwerx, franchise partners, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
Customers may receive one (1) entry by doing any of the following at Poolwerx Seven Hills during the promotional period:
Making a purchase in store, or
Registering their full name, email address, phone number and residential address at the counter.
Entry forms must be completed in full to be valid.
No limit applies to the number of times a person may enter, provided each entry is made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. Prizes
There are three (3) major prizes to be won:
3 x BWT Echo Cordless Pool Cleaners
Total prize pool consists of three individual robot cleaners.
Prizes are awarded as individual units, not as a bundle.
6. Draw Details
The prize draw will take place at:
10:00am AEDT on Monday 2 February 2026
At Poolwerx Seven Hills, Unit 6, 133 Station Rd, Seven Hills NSW 2147.
Winners will be contacted by phone and email within two business days of the draw.
If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, the promoter reserves the right to redraw.
7. Prize Conditions
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Prizes must be collected from Poolwerx Seven Hills unless otherwise agreed.
The promoter is not responsible for any additional costs associated with the prize after collection.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications associated with winning a prize. Winners should seek independent financial advice.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Poolwerx Seven Hills is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, incorrect or misdirected entries or for any technical difficulties that may affect entry into the promotion.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 or any applicable State legislation.
