Went to pool Werx for the first time ever was served by Warren absolutely fantastic. Best customer service. Nothing is too hard to ask of him very knowledgeable person and gives you the best advice on what packages are available to help. I have owned a pool for 13 years and have been using Warren and Katrina for the last 2 or 3. Their expertise has kept our pool in perfect condition in that time. Before we started using Poolwerx Richmond we used numerous pool shops that never had our pool looking this good, and we always seemed to be spending money on different chemicals that never worked. They don't oversell products that you don't need and are very knowledgeable about pools. I highly recommend them to all pool owners.
