Today was my first visit at the shop and was very impressed with the level of service and product knowledge given to me by Warren. I had been doing my research on pool robots and asked him a plethora of questions, all of which he gave me an answer for that were easy to understand and quite detailed, without the pressure from several other shops who were much more interested in nailing a sale. In addition, his pricing of his range of robots is very competitive and by all account's his after sales service appears to be very customer focused also. I'm definitely going to make my first stop Poolwerx Richmond NSW from now on for all of my pool products needs, and have no doubts in recommending them to anyone looking for a pool robot for sure. I have owned a pool for 13 years and have been using Warren and Katrina for the last 2 or 3. Their expertise has kept our pool in perfect condition in that time. Before we started using Poolwerx Richmond we used numerous pool shops that never had our pool looking this good, and we always seemed to be spending money on different chemicals that never worked. They don't oversell products that you don't need and are very knowledgeable about pools. I highly recommend them to all pool owners.

We have been using Poolwerx Richmond now for some time and have always had great service from Warren and in particular his worker Daniel! Just this past week Daniel came and did a fantastic job on cleaning the pool. It was full of small leaves and grass after the wind, and I can imagine it was a tedious job, but Daniel did a brilliant.
