Very helpful staff to assist first pool owners, new to the chemistry of maintaining a pool and very experienced in the knowledge they share on the whatsapp group chat. Able to ask questions at any time for advice on the chat about any problems you encounter with your pool and are always quick to respond with possible reasons and solutions to fix the problem. Highly recommend!

I had a problem with my pool pump and contacted Poolwerx Emu Plains for advice. They provided advice, and then talked me through the process of disconnecting it to bring it down to the store for inspection. They've been very helpful which is especially appreciated as we're in the Upper Blue Mountains and not many pool service companies operate here. Strongly recommended.
