Very impressed with the workmanship and service that we received from Poolwerx and would fully recommend. We were on a tight timescale as we were visiting elderly parents from the UK and needed to sort out their swamp of a pool before returning back. Poolwerx were really understanding of our situation and completed a huge amount of work in a very short time - jetting and treating algae ridden sides of pool, re-balancing water chemistry, and replacing redundant pool equipment. We loved their WhatsApp chat, which meant our whole family could be kept updated on works completed. We also appreciated how they were considerate to my elderly parents, especially my mum who has dementia. We will continue to use Poolwerx for pool maintenance due to the high level of quality and customer care they have demonstrated.

I had a not-so-good experience with another pool shop and saw some good reviews with Poolwerx Castle Hill and thought I'd give them a go. The experience in the shop was pleasant and right away they put me on whatsapp with the entire team. From there, I received prompt request for information, photos and videos to show my issues (what a great idea!). This definitely helped non pool tekkies like me in explaining my issues. They then advised when a technician can come out to look at the problem. Everything was done via whatsapp, easy and quick, no long waiting and no constant calling to follow up like the other mob. Nathan who came to assess the issue fixed it in no time. I had 3 rounds with the other mob and problem still not fixed(!). Nathan took time to explain what went wrong and what i needed to have the other issue fixed. Whilst here, he also corrected the chlorinator not switching on automatically and explained what i needed to replace. The work was photographed and videoed as he assessed and the office team was in constant contact to discuss the potential causes as he worked. It was really like one person present but a team looking at it at the same time. What a clever set up! And the chlorinator cell was replaced this morning, i was kept informed by Nathan of his schedule as he went from job to job. So, no wondering when and if he was going to turn up. When done, he videoed the completed work showing all working and the photographed the old and new parts. Then he took time to explain to me what he did and what i need to do next. This truly is Service and Customer Care! Thank you Nathan, and thanks to the team. I will be using Poolwerx Castle Hill for my ongoing pool needs!

Had an amazing experience here. We just got our first pool and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable about what equipment we need, gave us a fantastic price and even went above and beyond and when the suction vac wasn't out back, arranged for it to be grabbed from another store and delivered to us same-day. Absolutely will be back!
