We have used Steve and the Poolwerx team for the last few years providing a regular service for our pool. On all occasions and over a long period we received no-fuss, really great service. The team are always responsive, we always knew when they were coming and the pool has never looked better than when it was being looked after by Poolwerx. We had some experience with other providers and there is a clear difference. Also, recently Steve helped me out with some questions about a tricky pool issue - using his experience and knowledge he let me know who to talk to which helped ease a very stressful time. Steve and the team installed a Madimack pool heater for us and it is amazing, my only issue is getting the kids out of the pool ;-)
