Rebecca is an absolute weapon. Honestly made getting my pool ready a breeze. I came with zero knowledge or experience and she's been patient, knowledgeable, friendly and has gone above and beyond to help me. Phone calls, trips into the store with my 2 kids, parts she litterally took off a demo model to help me. Nothing has been too difficult. Im very greatful and will be certain to continue buying all my salt, chemicals, parts and even groceries from you if you guys decide to start selling them. 10/10 recommend people.

Shayne and Rene' your pool service work is prompt and thorough. It's always great to have a chat about the pool equipment that suits my pool needs. Hot & wet weather is a challenge up in Mackay. You deserve your National recognition.

We have had a few issues with different pool parts over the past few months and the Poolwerx team have been so helpful in getting our pool sorted. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to chat about possible issues and solutions. They also turn up on time which is always a big plus! Our pool is the best it has been in a long time.

Went into the new store today to enquire about a new chlorinator as my 12 year old one had finally kicked the bucket. Sslesman explained features of all products and when I mentioned that the pool doesn’t get used a lot now as kids have grown up he didn’t try to push the expensive products with all the bells and whistles. He recommended a larger model so it wouldn’t have to work as hard and would suit my application. Was very helpful and not pushy. Would highly recommend this store.
