Prize

1. One (1) Aquawize AW6 Robotic Pool Cleaner, valued at AU$3,599, will be awarded to a randomly selected winner from valid entries.

2. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

1. Promotional Period

   This Promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on 1 May 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 May 2025.

2. The client agrees to indemnify Poolwerx and keep Poolwerx harmless for all claims by causes of action which may arise by Poolwerx retaking possession and the client agrees to pay Poolwerx’ costs of retaking possession. Poolwerx will be entitled but not obligated to resell any Goods repossessed pursuant to the provisions of this clause.

Eligibility

1. Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older who:

   • Are current or recent Poolwerx clients;

   • Complete the full Poolwerx Survey in May 2025;

   • Submit a valid entry with all mandatory fields completed including full name, email, phone number, postcode and state.

2. Employees, franchisees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter or any of its related entities are not eligible to enter. “Immediate family members” include spouses, children, parents, siblings, and any person living in the same household.

How to Enter

1. Eligible individuals must complete the Poolwerx Survey in full and submit their entry at: https://www.poolwerx.com.au/customer-survey-entry

2. Only one entry per person will be accepted. (maximum of two entries per household)

3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Prize Fulfilment

1. The prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated address within 30 business days of the draw. Delivery will be arranged by the Promoter or a designated supplier.

2. The winner may be asked to participate in a promotional photo at their local Poolwerx store (optional).
