Full-Time Permanent Position

The Poolwerx Mount Gravatt Group operates four busy, contemporary retail outlets in Balmoral, Cannon Hill, Mt Gravatt and Rochedale.

About our Retail Store Manager

Our Retail Store Managers are customer-service-focused, energetic, and passionate individuals who work for a multi-award-winning organisation. 

  • Our training program provides our Retail Managers with the necessary skills to complete their key responsibilities, including:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store

  • Training and developing casual retail assistants

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

  • Customer service

  • Water testing and advice for chemical & equipment solutions

  • Stock control and merchandising

  • Store opening and cash handling

  • Tuesday to Saturday hours - no more evening work!


About You

We’re hiring based on attitude, experience and potential. You may have extensive experience in the pool industry, or none at all. What matters is that you’re:

  • Reliable, punctual and self-motivated - you don’t just turn up, you show up!

  • Self-motivated and able to think on your feet/problem-solve

  • Highly organised and able to work autonomously

  • Willing to learn, make mistakes, take direction and never stop asking questions - grow with us!
