Retail Manager

We’re excited to announce a brand-new Poolwerx store opening in Bunbury mid-August – and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Retail Manager to lead the way.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $65-$85K per year

What You’ll Do

  • Overseeing daily retail store operations

  • Training and leading a team of retail assistants

  • Providing expert customer service and water testing advice

  • Recommending pool and spa chemical and equipment solutions

  • Managing administrative duties, including scheduling services, rostering, and system updates

  • Handling stock control, merchandising, and cash reconciliation

  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards

  • Experience in retail or leadership is ideal – pool knowledge is not required, we’ll train you!
