Resort Pool Service Technician
Poolwerx Surfers Paradise is one of the Gold Coast's largest pool retail and service businesses with mobile servicing territories encompassing Byron Bay through to Southport, right along the coastal strip of the Gold Coast and Tweed Coast. We have three retail stores; Robina, Benowa, and Elanora.
We are looking for the ‘right person' to fill a full-time position, as mobile service technician, predominantly based at one of our high end resort clients, in main beach.
The role includes a shift on Saturdays

About the role
We are currently looking to expand our mobile pool servicing team. As one of our servicing technicians, your duties will include:
Maintaining lagoons and pools at a five start resort on the Gold Coast
The ability to progress into a more senior role such as; troubleshooting issues, recommendations, equipment installations, and working with complex equipment in commercial pool environments.
Providing quality customer service to all clients
Water testing using leading edge technology
Preparation of service reports via infield app
Completing sales and marketing activities whilst in the field.

Skills and Experience
Experience in the pool industry will be viewed favourably but is not essential.
A successful candidate will be considered based on the following criteria:
Current Australian drivers license
Self motivation and the ability to work unsupervised
Capability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Ability to liaise with clients and provide quality customer service
Comfortable working outdoors
Desire to be part of a highly motivated and performance orientated team
Having a commitment to safe work practices
