Pool & Spa Technician
Job Summary
Experienced Residential Pool Technician required, offering well above award wages with monthly cash bonuses for servicing in the Geelong, Surf Coast and Bellarine areas.
We are seeking three technicians who have more than two years' experience with pool cleaning, chemical balance and new equipment installs.
Must have a drivers license, be able to drive to and from Grovedale, have good written and verbal English skills as well as lots of life experience.

As a Pool Technician, here's what you'll achieve:
Working independently to deliver healthy pools, with the right equipment to all our clients
Receive cash bonuses for working as a team to achieve monthly goals
Repair common pool equipment issues such as pumps, filters, and chlorinators.
Deliver friendly, professional service while educating clients on pool care.
Accurately log job details and water test results using our mobile service app.
Work independently while building strong relationships with regular clients.
What You'll Bring
You'll need a current unrestricted drivers licence (car & phone provided).
You'll also need to consent to a police clearance check if you don't have one already.
Physical capability to lift and carry equipment up to 25kg
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Demonstrated experience with water chemistry and pool balance testing
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing pool equipment including pumps, filters, and chlorinators
Must have permanent right to work in Australia
Must be willing to work in Geelong, Surf Coast and Bellarine areas
