Hours are flexible and can be negotiated to suit the business and your needs, however there is a likely requirement for additional hours to meet peak season demands (i.e. summer).

Key functions of our Technician roles include:

  • Cleaning and servicing of swimming pools and spas predominantly in a residential environment

  • Installation of equipment such as filters, pumps, chlorinators and heat pumps

  • Water testing and chemical balancing

  • Perform basic marketing activities while in field

  • Organise and maintain stock as required in van

  • Assisting in the shop with sales and technical advice

Skills and experience

For this role we are ideally looking for someone with previous industry experience, however we welcome all technically minded individuals to apply as our training program will give you the skills required for the role. Key requirements for our next team member include:

  • Enjoy working outdoors in a physical role

  • Have a current open driver’s licence

  • are self-motivated and able to think on your feet/problem solve

  • can work unsupervised and manage competing priorities

  • Honesty and Integrity
