Great communication from admin team. Friendly, down to earth, polite and efficient. The service technician, Tony, is also a great operator, very knowledgeable and great to deal with. As a first time pool owner knowing nothing about pool maintenance, he could have told me anything to jack up the price but he absolutely did not. He took a lot of time to explain what was going wrong in a way that made it easy to understand. He also gave me a few different option for solutions for problem which gave me the impression he was considerate of the fact not everyone has an unlimited budget. Parts/Components required for the repair were high-end and the quote from Poolwerx to supply and install them was a lot less than I could buy the parts/components alone. Great operators all round and a bunch of good humans all round. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Poolwerx Rutherford. Jo is so helpful and knowledgeable and was able to advise exactly what was needed for our pool. Leo and Nick installed our new filter and both were very friendly and professional. Tony came the next business day to look at an issue which he sorted so quickly. He is a wealth of knowledge and shared valuable information regarding the pool which was greatly appreciated. We also purchased a new pool cleaner when ordering the filter and both are working beautifully.

Originally I had an issue with this company but the owner went out of their way to contact me and apologise and explain what went wrong and they are reviewing their practices. I Thought this wonderful and I believe she was very genuine and I admire someone that tries to right a wrong therefore I have changed my review.

Tony was a wealth of professional knowledge who really assisted a novice like me! Pool fixed for reasonable rate. Also shop staff are knowledgable & helpful. Highly recommend.
