One of the underrated highlights is the excellent parking — easy access and always enough space, which makes those quick drop-ins for pool chemicals completely stress-free. The mix of bitumen and concrete enhances the experience rather than just gravel and sandstone. Even better, it’s right next door to a liquor shop, making it incredibly convenient to grab your pool supplies and a six-pack at the same time — a weekend win. That said, the liquor store could really elevate the experience by expanding their range of European beers. A few more boutique German varieties, especially the kinds you normally only find in local regions of Germany, would be a welcome addition (e.g. Grübingen) Shane, who seems to hold the place together, deserves special mention. He’s outstanding — knowledgeable, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile, despite clearly working under a lot of pressure and gnashing of teeth. The equipment used to analyse pool water is unfortunately outdated, and it does cause some delays, stress for staff, and the occasional awkward moment for customers waiting for results. A tech upgrade would do wonders for the whole operation. Still, with the solid service, convenient location, and Shane’s top-tier customer care, Poolwerx Turramurra earns a strong four stars (would be 4.4 stars if the system permitted this rating).

The team at Poolwerx Turramurra got a specialist part in for me, came out and installed it quickly and efficiently - all within a few days during a very busy time of the year. Now my solar heating is back up and running. I highly recommend Poolwerx Turramurra.

The staff and technicians at this store are always friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The technicians are happy to text me to let me know they are on their way so I can ensure our dog is indoors. They always make sure the gates are properly closed so she doesn’t escape! They provide a great service and always leave the pool clean and sparkling!
