We met the lovely Tim today who showed up on time and quoted us for a new pool pump as ours had died. He had great advice with our set up and was very friendly to deal with. We will be very happy to continue with all our upgrades with this company. Great service, equipment, warranty and wonderful to deal with. So happy that we have found our ocean grove pool people!

I enjoyed having my pool serviced with the (old) Poolwerx crew in Geelong, but I am really enjoying the (new) team led by Tim who has taken the time to get to know me and help me to understand how I can improve on how I look after my pool.

I would like to personally thank New owners Tim Heard and his incredible staff at the new Torquay Poolwerx location for taking the time to come out and give advice and guidance in repairing my cracked fibreglass pool and replacing my outdated equipment which to be honest hasn’t worked for some time. You have literally saved me $1000’s and to top it off with an unscheduled service once I repaired the crack earlier this week in peak season was incredible customer service. My children who are enjoying the pool as we speak can’t thank you enough Tim. I really want this to be a very big recommendation as I have been waiting for so long for a pool shop in Torquay and now we have one, Poolwerx Torquay!!!! Thanks again Tim

The staff are so incredibly helpful and kind, I went to see them for a second opinion after being quoted $300 to get my pool vacuum repaired. They told me to try new tyres and with the current sale they had on it cost me under $50. So grateful I went in there, definitely will continue going there moving forward. Best customer service I have had in a long time!!
