I recently had a fantastic experience with Poolwerx Ashgrove that I just had to share. Picture this: it was a Wednesday, and I had a pool party for a group of 10-year-olds scheduled for that Saturday. Unfortunately, our pump failed, and my usual pool service couldn't help in time.
That's when I reached out to Poolwerx Ashgrove and spoke with the owner. He was incredibly understanding, especially as a fellow parent. He made it a priority to get us up and running the same day, fixing the pump and adding all the necessary chemicals. To top it off, he sent a team member back later in the week to ensure everything was perfectly balanced for the party.
I can’t thank them enough for their outstanding service! If you're in need of pool maintenance or repairs, I highly recommend
