They gave really helpful advice and took the time to explain things properly without trying to push anything I didn’t need. You can tell they actually care about helping you look after your pool. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest pool service.

My experience at Poolwerx Shepparton was brilliant. They gave me heaps of great information and advice in easy, no-nonsense, understandable language. They gave me choices and did not push more expensive options. In the end they saved me heaps of money. The technician who carried out my repairs was fantastic. He patiently explained everything and checked that I understood, and totally cleaned up after the job. My pool has never looked better and I am really happy. Nov 2025 update; Poolwerx Shepparton have done it again. My pool robot died. They quickly and professionally diagnosed the issues. I opted to purchase a new one. Great price, great service. And... a warning for others, it states on the box that most online purchases are not eligible for the comprehensive Maytronics warranty. Poolwerx Shepparton are Maytronics service agents so shopping local is certainly worthwhile.
