Here at Poolwerx Shepparton, we recommend that the water is tested within 2 hours of the sample being taken. When taking the sample please take it from elbow depth and away from any inlets. We do recommend if you start work early drop your sample with your details at our front door, this is then tested when our staff arrive.

Our water testing is free with the purchase of chemicals. Our water testing is specifically designed for our Vitalyse chemical range. Other chemicals may be different from the test results.

Robots are not designed to stay in the pool all the time, especially if you have a chemically imbalanced pool. It can lead to quicker deterioration on your robot.

We recommend that your cover is removed on a regular basis as it does affect chlorine levels. Regular water testing can help provide an insight into where your chlorine levels are at if your cover is left on.
