For me, service is all about trust. I believe in being upfront and honest, and I will never charge for anything that isn't necessary. I take the time to have a good conversation with every client to understand their needs and build a genuine relationship. One of my proudest moments was a client calling me after I had serviced her green pool, telling me she had never seen it so clean. She now trusts me with her regular service, and we always share a good chat over a coffee.

As a pool owner myself, I know the joy a sparkling pool can bring to a family. I have so many fond memories of my own childhood around the pool, and I love seeing my family and friends enjoy our pool at any time. When I'm not on the job, you can often find me enjoying a coffee from the local cafes on the strip and walking along the beautiful Warrandyte river—my own happy place.
