I just cannot speak more highly of the team at Poolwerx. They take such pride in their work and are super responsive. I have seen them turn our very green pool (caused by some nasty weather and environmental conditions) into a clear, sparkling, resort quality oasis literally overnight! I have called many times to ask for advice and on each occasion have felt super satisfied with their customer service. They do a monthly service on our pool and each team member just goes above and beyond by testing, adding the chemicals needed and checking the equipment and filters. I honestly get so excited when they’re done as the pool always looks so good and I am confident that it will be looking that way all month! They are the pool magicians you didn’t know you needed! I recently had a pool pump that died on me and visited the Poolwerx Manly shop. Initially a bit hesitant because sending in the old pump to the repair service for assessment would cost $99 irrespective of the outcome. However they offered a much better deal. Let one of the Poolwerx technicians come to your house, check if they can fix it there, if not take away the pump for you, have it checked by the repair service and if it can't be repaired they'll install a new pump for you all for $99 (ex new pump of course). In the end I had to get a new pump but the installation was fully sorted and included fitting of new pipes and elbows to connect to the new pump. All that was included in the price, so awesome service!

Always had great friendly service and good advice maintaining my pool. Just purchased a Daisy bench top pool cover roller and a good quality pool cover from Poolwerx, Manly West. This replaces what I bought on- line 18months ago and is now dead. I’ve learned the lessons:- 1. Buy from someone you trust that gives good advice. 2. Buy local. It often doesn’t cost any more (My Daisy products cost slightly less from Poolwerx than if I had bought on line. ) 3. Buy local and support small business. Keep up the good work Poolwerx.
