I needed to have my Dolphin s 250 repaired and phone JC Pool Services at Fairfield and phoned them about this. I did this on Friday the 27th of September they told me to bring it in the next day, but did not promise anything. I took it in the next day the 28th, which was AFL Grand Final day. They seemed busy when I took it in and said they would take a look at it. They phoned me back within two hours and told me they had already fixed it and it was ready to take home. They explained what the nature of the problem was and what they had done to fix it (luckily they had the parts on hand and did not have to order them in). Within no time at all I had the robot back in the pool and it was working perfectly again. It was a repair done under warranty and was amazed at the prompt, professional and friendly service. I will definitely be taking it back when servicing is due.

I have been going to JC Pools Fairfield for just over a month now and love popping in for a visit. Graham has been extremely knowledgeable and given me generous amounts of his time explaining things and how they work. Isaac is also very knowledgeable and kind. Jamie has even come out to fix a heaters/pumps when needed and shown me how to best maintain everything. Love this team!!

Graham was of immense assistance to me with an issue relating to a chlorinator. In addition he repaired my pool cleaner promptly and completely - all this in addition to the normal water testing services. I have nothing but praise!
