What a great smooth and positive experience. When I went into the shop to have my water tested I was greeted by John and I then explained I was looking to purchase a robot cleaner. We discussed what my needs were and the best option. I purchased the Matronics AW5. John personally came to my home with the cleaner and installed and went through everything with me. I am over the moon with the service and price I was charged. Looking forward to to doing more business with Poolwerx Campbelltown.

Fresh new vibe at the old Splashs store.. Staff are knowledgeable and experienced. It feels like they have upped the game. I didn’t take up the loyalty subscription but Im still considering it. I go there for water test and chemicals usually but if I needed advice / service they would be my go to. Service took a little while ( my bad timing as two customers had engaged the staff in lengthy discussions about robot vacuums.) but listening in ,the advice was sound and wasn’t too pushy with the sale. All in all if you hadn’t been for a while because of the transient staff and intermittent service standards , go back and try them as poolwerx. I did and I’ll be back.

Excellent service. Tim was prompt to respond to any query and they acted fast, Bryson was the tech who came out, he was punctual, clear and had an answer for every question. Gave honest advice on what works best for our family on minerals and products. Will definitely recommend and glad to be a loyal customer. Thanks guys!
