Poolwerx Gladstone is Under New Management!
Hi! We’re Toni and Shad Royston, and we’re pleased to let you know that we have joined the Poolwerx family as the new owner of Poolwerx Gladstone.
We'd like to sincerely thank Pat, Rhonda and their team for their dedicated service in caring for your pool and spa needs to date. They have built a strong foundation of trust and excellent customer care, and we'll be working closely with them to ensure a seamless transition for you.
Going forward, we'll be here to help with all your pool and spa needs, including servicing, sales and installation of new equipment, chemicals and more.

We had a fantastic experience with Poolwerx Gladstone. Shad attended to our pool today after it had turned green, following about 7 months of constantly fighting a losing battle trying to keep it blue and swimmable.
Shad was extremely professional in all his dealings, explained everything clearly and worked thoroughly. He has brought our pool back to life, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend Poolwerx Gladstone and Shad’s service 👍

I live on a rural property which makes it hard to get service people when something goes wrong I have had issues with my spa for sometime now and since the new owners have taken over it has really moved forward with Jason being pro active in really trying to get things up and going and the new owners Shad and Toni for being very understanding off the history of my situation and helping out and scheduling things in sooner than normal so a big shout out to the new team thanks again Poolwerx Gladstone for going the extra mile in helping my family and I get back in our spa sooner
