First time pool owners .. we were taken advantage of by other pool service operators.. Called into this store as our old inherited cleaner was not working well post visiting another company who wanted big $$$$ just to diagnose.. this company resolved the issue no cost in the spot! I was more than prepared to pay.. great first impression. So when we decided to replace the old cleaner just because it was not meeting my expectations .. I was insisting to my husband we return to this store.. I had an on going service with a pool man who came once a month$$ .. he advice our chlorinator was working at 35% whatever that means.. i Had scheduled a replacement For the following week, but thought that would just question it in store. .. Suggestion to bring the unit in and the support to install was just impeccable service. I wasn’t expecting to be mentored on how to uninstall install check my water quality and what the best unit to buy was for both cleaning and maintaining the pool.. the most amazing service from any retailer that I’ve been to for a very long time . if you ever need of any advice or if you just unsure about how to maintain your pool this Company is your go to. Not only have I saved my family is from inevitable health conditions by going down the path of using services that I didn’t know. .. i learned alot in such a short time. .. in my mind ..all people need these days is peace of mind, honesty and integrity with any service and you did that !!! thank you so much.❤️ to all the team

Absolutely amazing service!!, Johnathan was so helpful when I came in freaking out thinking I broke my spa, he explained everything to me in a kind and knowledgeable way :) 10/10 service i will be highly recommending all of my friends and family come here just for Johnathans service ☺️ Its not often you get above and beyond service these days in retail so it was a lovely experience.

I nearly never write any reviews but I was so impressed with the service from John at Poolwerx that I thought it would only be fitting. I was in a pickle house sitting for a friend and the pool filter was reading just under 30 psi. I wasn’t able to get in contact with pool service technicians as they were all booked out. I called up Poolwerx and within 5 minutes John was able to identify the issue, help me locate the filter and get its model number. Then he instructed me over the phone to pull of the pool filter give it a clean and put it back in place safely. Considering it was my first time doing it all I was surprised by just how simple John made it all and valued his patience and clear instructions. After the fix the pool filter pressure gauge is back to around 15 psi and the pool vacuum is running smoothly. I will be recommending Poolwerx to all my friends. Saved me a lot of stress effort and time. I can’t thank you enough.

The shop staff and owner are very friendly, professional, easy to talk to and understand and extremely informative, they helped me with all my pool needs, including some repairs, new equipment and they even helped me service the pool by their trustworthy pool technicians whom where very polite and ontime guys, they took pride in their job always smiling, they gave me heaps of excellent and reliable advice, was very reasonable pricing overall, with some good quality equipment and chemicals! I felt like i was in the right hands and in the end my pool has never looked so crystal clear ! Definitely using these guys regularly!!! I would highly recommend Poolwerx Joondalup
