Matt has been part of the Poolwerx Kalamunda team for over three years and works across both our residential and commercial divisions. Trained under Alessandro's leadership, Matt is known for his professionalism, attention to detail and genuine care for every client he looks after. Whether servicing a family pool or supporting a commercial facility, Matt believes doing the little things well makes all the difference. Fun fact: The only thing cleaner than Matt's van is probably your pool after he's finished.

Rodolfo has been part of the Poolwerx Kalamunda team for more than three years and is a valued member of our residential service team. Having trained under Alessandro's leadership, he has developed strong technical knowledge and a reputation for always going the extra mile for his clients. Currently expanding his skills into our commercial division, Rodolfo is undertaking additional training and mentoring to further develop his expertise in commercial aquatic facilities and plant operations. Although one of the newest members of our team, Khaleb brings more than seven years of industry experience. His strong technical knowledge and professionalism make him a valuable part of both our residential and commercial operations. Always approachable and willing to help, Khaleb enjoys sharing his knowledge with clients while continuing to embrace the Poolwerx Kalamunda way of doing business. Did You Know? Bevan has been caring for our residential clients for more than three years and has developed his skills under Alessandro's leadership. Reliable, organised and highly professional, he has built lasting relationships with clients who appreciate his consistency and genuine care for their pools. Giovanni brings extensive hands-on experience to Poolwerx Kalamunda, with a background as a diesel mechanic, driller and product assembler, along with a Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. His mechanical knowledge and meticulous attention to detail make him a natural problem solver. Friendly, professional and always willing to help, Giovanni takes genuine pride in looking after every pool as though it were his own. Did You Know? Jessica is the operational powerhouse behind Poolwerx Kalamunda, leading our retail, service and commercial operations. She oversees our commercial team, ensuring every facility is maintained safely, efficiently and in line with strict compliance requirements, while keeping the day-to-day operations of the business running seamlessly. Known as the glue that holds the team together, Jessica combines exceptional organisational skills with extensive technical knowledge and a passion for continuous improvement. From managing commercial contracts and supporting technicians to refining systems and ensuring nothing is overlooked, her attention to detail is second to none. Jessica's leadership has been recognised through multiple Poolwerx Regional Awards, including 2026 Operations Manager of the Year, reflecting her commitment to operational excellence and outstanding client service. Michelle is one of the friendly faces in our Kalamunda store, helping clients find the right products and advice to keep their pools at their best. Michelle and business owner Soibhone have been friends for more than 28 years, making it extra special to work together.

Lynette is the friendly voice behind our accounts and administration, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes so our team can focus on delivering exceptional service. From managing customer accounts and payments to supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, her organisation, consistency and attention to detail keep everything on track. Known around the office as our "Work Mum", Lynette approaches every conversation with kindness, understanding and genuine care. Whether she's helping a client, supporting the team or following up an account, she brings a calm, friendly approach that makes even the toughest conversations easy. Did You Know? Outside of Poolwerx, Lynette has proudly served as a volunteer firefighter with the Stoneville Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade for over 14 years and loves spending time with family, friends and her camera.

Emma brings the mindset of a business owner to the business, treating every client interaction and every task with genuine care and ownership. Although she's only been part of the team for six months, her technical knowledge and retail expertise have developed rapidly thanks to her natural curiosity, passion for learning and drive to continually improve. Passionate about all things pools, Emma loves helping clients understand their pool and find the right solutions to keep it performing at its best. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she's quickly become a trusted source of support for both customers and our team. Her bright, bubbly personality and genuine enthusiasm make her a favourite with both our regular customers and those visiting us for the first time. Ethan may be our Retail Assistant Trainee, but don't let the title fool you. Since joining Poolwerx through a work placement in our service division, he has impressed the entire team with his maturity, calm approach and exceptional ability to learn. It quickly became clear that Ethan had a bright future with us, earning himself a permanent place within our retail team. His enthusiasm for learning has seen him develop technical knowledge at an incredible pace.
