Eligibility:

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who register with Poolwerx during the Sydney Franchising Expo 2025. Employees, Franchise Partners and their employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.

Entry Period:

The promotion opens at 9:00am AEST on Monday 20 May 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 11 June 2025.

How to Enter:

After completing the official Poolwerx online registration form, eligible participants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw.

Prize:

One (1) x Apple iPad (valued at $599 AUD). The exact model may vary depending on availability.

Prize Draw:

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries at 12:00pm AEST on Thursday, 12 June 2025, at the Poolwerx head office. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter.

Winner Notification:

The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within five (5) business days, the prize will be redrawn.

Redraw:

If required, a redraw will take place on Friday, 20 June 2025, at the same location and under the same method.

Delivery of Prize:

The prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated Australian address within 30 days of confirmation.

Privacy:

Personal information collected for this competition will be handled in accordance with Poolwerx's Privacy Policy and used for the purpose of conducting this promotion, contacting entrants, and offering information about future franchise opportunities (unless otherwise advised by the entrant). People can unsubscribe at any time.

General Conditions:

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter is not responsible for any variation in prize value. If the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Disputes:

The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Permit Exemptions:

This promotion is a game of chance and does not require entrants to demonstrate skill. No entry fee is charged. Subject to state/territory regulations.
