One (1) winner will receive a BWT ES Echo Robotic Pool Cleaner valued at AUD $1299 RRP (or local NZD equivalent). The offer includes a bonus 1-year extended warranty. 

The winner will be selected by random draw at Poolwerx Support Centre at 10 Camford St, Milton QLD 4064 on Friday, 30th January 2026. The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email within five business days of the draw.

This Promotion commences at 9:00 am AEST on 19 Dec 2025 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on Friday, 30th January 2026.

Entry is open to existing Poolwerx clients residing in Australia and New Zealand, aged 18 years and over. 

Employees, franchisees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter or any of its related entities are not eligible to enter. “Immediate family members” include spouses, children, parents, siblings, and any person living in the same household.

To enter, participants must:

• Complete the Poolwerx Support Centre NPS survey by the end of the Promotional Period, and

• Submit a valid entry with all mandatory fields completed, including full name, email, phone number, postcode and state, via the giveaway registration form linked at the end of the survey. http://poolwerx.com.au/survey-competition/

• Only one entry per person is permitted.

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

• The prize must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of the draw.

• The prize can only be redeemed from participating Poolwerx franchisees.

• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

If the winner of the prize does not respond to us within 5 days of notification, a second-chance draw will be held. We will send the winner an email, text and call.

By entering, participants consent to Poolwerx collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the giveaway. All personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Poolwerx reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
