How Kristen Noble’s unexpected career change turned out to be the perfect fit

After 12 years as a chef, Kristen Noble was seeking a new vocation. So, she decided to swap her chef's hat for a swimming cap and dive into a role at Poolwerx. Here, she’s been able to build a truly remarkable career, now managing Western Australia’s largest Poolwerx franchise with aspirations of one day owning it! There’s no limit to what Kristen can succeed here, and she’s excited to see what the future holds.

I could step into a Subway right now and a customer would walk in and go, ‘Can I have a white bread, ham, cheese, tomato sub?’ And I'd be able to work that out pretty quickly just from our natural understanding of life. But in the pool industry, if someone comes in and says, ‘My pool's green, what chemicals do I need to fix it naturally?’ No one knows unless you're in the industry. So, it's a cool skill set."

You can just see it in their eyes, so it's a sense of pride when you're telling them about what you do every single day.”
