About the role
The role involves general maintenance of pools and spas in a residential setting. The right candidate may advance into a more senior position, which includes equipment installation and system recommendations. Training will be provided for this progression.
You will be part of a dynamic team of over 15 technicians, benefiting from collaboration with like-minded professionals who are dedicated to continuous learning and development. Together, we stay updated on industry trends, fostering a supportive work environment.
Performing marketing and sales activities on-site is an essential part of this role. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills. A comprehensive training program is available for individuals who may not have prior experience in the pool industry.

You will be provided with a service vehicle (van) equipped with industry-leading tools, and all associated costs will be covered. We are open to flexible work arrangements for the right applicant. As part of our ambitious three-year expansion strategy, we are considering opening more stores. This expansion will create many opportunities for growth into more senior roles, aiding your career progression. You will also have the chance to undertake Certificate III or IV in Swimming Pool and Spa Service, a nationally recognised industry qualification.
Skills and experience
Experience in the pool industry is preferred but not essential. What matters most to us is team culture! We provide excellent and comprehensive on-the-job training. Many of our team members come from diverse backgrounds and have thrived within our business. We take pride in being innovators.
We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, positive, and able to work independently. You should be physically fit, enjoy working outdoors, and engage well with customers.
