We’re looking for a motivated, reliable self-starter to join our Poolwerx Balgowlah team as a Full-Time Pool Technician. If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems on the go, and building strong client relationships, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll do:

• Service pools and spas, including water testing, chemical balancing, and

• equipment checks

• Troubleshoot and repair common pool equipment issues (pumps, filters,

• chlorinators)

• Manage and promote Poolwerx products for your clients

• Build relationships and deliver friendly, professional service

• Accurately record job details and results using our mobile app

• Take ownership of your client base and daily schedule

What you’ll bring:

• A current unrestricted driver’s licence (company vehicle & phone provided)

• Willingness to obtain a police clearance if you don’t already have one

• The ability to work independently, manage your day, and take initiative

• A strong customer service mindset — you take pride in a job well done

• Bonus points if you have: pool/spa industry knowledge, mechanical aptitude, or experience in a trade/technical role (but we’ll train the right person!)
