Retail Sales Assistant - Part-Time

A fantastic opportunity now exists for a dynamic and energetic sales assistant to join the team at Mountain Creek! This is a diverse position, working across retail/front of house, and back of house administration.

This role works on a roster inclusive of Mondays to Sundays – 15 to 30 (Sept – Apr is peak season – No Sundays during winter).

Role responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Customer service

• Water testing and advice and selling products from the recommendations (Training provided)

• Stock control

• Maintain high merchandise standards

• Maximise marketing opportunities

• Data entry and maintenance

• Answering phones and handling enquiries

• Service maintenance scheduling

• General administration duties ie. Quoting, system maintenance

• Support team members

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong knowledge of pool equipment

• Excellent customer service and organisational skills

• Knowledge of selling and stock control

• A bright, friendly, professional personality and presentation

• A keen sense of initiative

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong knowledge on pool equipment

Advantage

• Previous experience in pool shop environment

• Previous experience on work in a scheduling environment

Depending on your experience key chemical and equipment training maybe provided in your initial weeks of commencement out of area,
